Pattaya Soi 6 can be an intimidating place if you’re a newbie, or on your own. The girls can be very grabby and inyourface as they attempt to coax you into their bars.
My advice to newbies is to head to either Ruby Club or Roxy Bar where the girls are above average looking and don’t hassle much. You will most likely be asked on entry if you want a lady or not so just say maybe later, have a drink and go with the flow from there 😉
I didn’t get a chance to film much on this day as I was distracted and got caught up in all the fun 😉
Nice sunset.
At dusk I went to check out the beach and caught the end of another nice Pattaya sunset. What was different about this day was the lack of wind which made for a very relaxing spectacle.
Nikom Court
A nononsense place with cheap beer, cheap food and great for people watching. The intersection of Soi Diana / Soi Buakhao / Soi Lengkee is one of Pattaya’s worst spots for traffic so if you stay long enough you will more than likely see a shunt of some sort.
Spaghetti food cart
This place far exceeded my expectations and my spaghetti bolognese was very good indeed. You can see why they have been trading since 2008! Open from 6pm 4am and highly recommended.

LK President Hotel
This new hotel was built solely for the coach tour market. It towers over Soi Lengkee and is lit up like a Christmas tree at night. Reviews are favourable but the swimming pool is poor, and with hordes of coach tour guests it might not be the best environment for a relaxing Pattaya holiday.
Soi Xzyte
Soi Xzyte is the adjacent street to Soi Chaiyapoon. It was home to the very popular disco ‘Xzyte’ that closed a few years ago (hence the name of the street). There is a good gentlemen’s club bar called ‘Excite Club’ which is popular with private parties and a good afternoon spot.
